Healthy Cauliflower Stew (Vegetarian or Shrimp Option)

This delicious stew is a powerhouse of great ingredients that will support your immune system, help your bones and teeth, protect against cancer and increase your life span.

According to Dr. Mercola "
Cauliflower contains sulforaphane, a sulfur compound that has also been shown to kill cancer stem cells, thereby slowing tumor growth. Some researchers believe eliminating cancer stem cells may be key to controlling cancer.

For instance, research has shown that combining cauliflower with curcumin (the active compound in the spice turmeric) may help prevent and treat prostate cancer

Eating cauliflower is like winning the antioxidant and phytonutrient lottery. It's packed with vitamin C, beta-carotene, kaempferol, quercetin, rutin, cinnamic acid, and much more. "

My recipe combines both cauliflower and tumeric for a very tasty dinner or a side dish.

Another powerhouse ingredient is Bone Broth. "We have science that supports the use of cartilage, gelatin, and other components found in homemade bone broth to prevent and sometimes even reverse osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, digestive distress, autoimmune disorders, and even cancer,” Kaayla T. Daniel, PhD, a nutrition scientist, certified clinical nutritionist, and co-author of Nourishing Broths.

This stew is perfect addition to any healthy gluten free life style. I hope you make it and enjoy it's healing benefits as much as I do!

Turn the heat down to a simmer and add in the bone broth and potatoes. Cook for 15 min and add in cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer the stew over medium heat until it thickens slightly, about 20 to 30 minutes. Stir in the parsley and cooked shrimp (optional) before serving.

3 Tao Longevity Practices (Free Instructions and Video)

Turtle Breathing Qigong  – Longevity Practice Taoists were greatly concerned with promoting longevity and became renowned for their longevity practices. An essential component of their most successful longevity techniques is called "turtle breathing," which is an eight-minute breath. Giant turtles are known to live for hundreds of years. They commonly submerge themselves in the water and hold their breath for more than five minutes at a time. Turtle Breathing instructions below are provided by   Bruce Frantzis. Another Turtle Qigong form is "Golden Turtle" can be seen in Mantak Chia's Iron Shirt Chi Kung and Wang DiXian's Tai-chi Nei-gong 24 styles (in Chinese). The form itself is simple: a squatting stance with horizontal spinal cord. Those practitioners who can go through the initial difficult period can get the great benefits out of this simple form. Instruction below are from Iron Shirt Chi Kung by Mantak Chia.   I also found The 10

Bliss Meditation

If you are familiar with  Kundalini , you will no doubt be familiar with the use of the Serpent to describe this energy and power.  Kundalini  is  often equated to a coiled serpent lying asleep at the base of spine , which, then with the practice of  Kundalini Yoga , is awakened and made to rise up to the crown of the head . In addition to this analogy, increased encounters with serpents are also often reported by those in the midst of a Kundalini Awakening.  These encounters don't necessarily have to be with the real live snakes. These reports generally indicate that there is just a greater presence of snakes in their lives all of sudden, in the form of pictures, dreams, conversations, TV shows, books, etc. There are also the more incredible stories regarding snakes, especially cobras, and those with awakened Kundalini . An example of this is the cobra that would often visit U.G. Krishnamurti at night at his house.  This cobra would hiss and bang at the door and

Home Remedies For Warts

Warts are small benign growths on the skin, caused by a variety of related, slow-acting viruses HPV (human papilloma virus). There are at least sixty known types of HPV. Warts may appear singly or in clusters. We will talk about three types of warts: Common warts, Plantar warts, and genital warts. Common warts can be found anywhere on the body, but are most common on the hands, fingers elbows, forearms, knees, face, and the skin around the nails. Most often, they occur on skin that is expose to constant friction, trauma, or abrasion. They can also occur on the larynx (the voice box) and cause hoarseness. Common warts may be flat or raised , dry or moist, and have a rough and pitted surface that is either the same color as or slightly darker than the surrounding skin. They can be as small as a pinhead or as large as small bean. Highly contagious, the virus that causes common warts is acquired through breaks in the skin.   Common warts can spread if they picked, trimmed,
